FRONT AXLE CLICKING CLUNKING
i replaced wheel bearing assembly 18 months ago, with less than 30,000 miles on bearings i had a total failure, heard clicking, thought it was hubs, didnt worry too much about it, cuz bearings and ball joints were only 18 months old, could not feel anything while driving, top of wheel moves 3-4 inches when i found the problem.
i recommend putting front axle on jack stands every oil change and checking joints and bearings out, FORD doesnt seem to care about part quality or customer safety. other bearing assembly has over 200,000 miles on it so i dont wanna hear i abused the bearings. RUBBERDUCK |

well at least you weren't out in the the middle of B.F. Egypt and had your bearings go out. i tell you what that guy on POWERSTROKEHELP.COM - The Information Source for Ford Power Stroke Diesel Owners is awesome cuz he has a video on how do the change. there actually really easy, and i think the move work you do yourself the better you know your truck. and not to say crap about them but every ford shop ive been to does ok work for a 5 star price. just my 2 cents
