This pic is of the passenger side intercooler hose is this a leak or just road grime? you can see where i wiped part of it off with my finger. Then kinda off the wall question i changed the trannie fluid tonight for the firsgt time is there no sort of bolt or clip or anything that holds the filter up?

It could be a boost leak no big deal though. If you wanted you could pull it apart and clean and reseal. To prevent it from happaning you could do a CCV mod.

The trans filter just pushes up in place and is held by the O ring. Untill you install the pan than the pan helps to hold it there.
