More boost?

On my 99 it seems like 14ish psi is all the truck will make. On my cummins I put a boost elbow on it to get more out of it. I know I'm only pushing stock fuel but is there some simple and cheap way to adjust the wastegate. Like a elbow or turnbuckle the holset chargers use?

plugging the red line on a boot clamp will get more boost. but with only 14 psi of boost you have a boost leak. search here for boost leak detector to help find your leak.

I wasn't sure if these trucks were that big of slugs or not..14 is at 60 mph going through the gears if I can get 7-8 it's a stretch.
