March 1999; Early or late style track bar?

I have put in a big leveling kit in a 99 and the axle is noticeably pulled to one side, so I need a drop bracket or adjustable track bar. But im not quite sure if march 99 is the cutoff for e99 track bar.

2003 GMC Sierra 2500hd Duramax Diesel ZF6 6 Speed manual. Bone stock except 4'' exhaust

It doesn't matter as all the adj track bars I know of are based on the larger 99.5 bolt side and the earlier trucks have to be changed to this size of bolt.

On my e'99, I had new track bar only a few months old when I added a leaf to the front of my truck. So after everything else was back together and sitting on the tires (normal compression load on the springs) I cut the track bar in the middle. I found a piece of heavy wall tubing (old Jeep CJ front driveshaft I had around from highschool days) about a foot long. I notched the ends in a 'V' pattern to allow for more weld surface and tacked it in place on the truck at the properly extended position, then burned in the weld fully. That was 4 years and 30k plus hard miles ago... no issues. I trust my welds... cheap alternative, but not for everybody.
