Injectors

I have an e99 with a bad number 8 Injector so it was recommended to me to just change all four on that side as long as I am doing the one my question is the way I understand it later model 7.3 's have larger flow Injectors if this is true and I was to put the latter model Injectors on one side is this going to be a problem

Did you have the Ford "fix" done? When mine went bad Ford replaced it with a long lead one. From what I have read this is a band aid at best. From what I remember you need to stay with AB type injector unless you do a regulated return? I'm sure others with more knowledge may be of more help.

injectors

Swapping injectors is not hard, but you better be sure which ones you need. IIRC if you are going to use other than stock injectors you need to figure out what else you need to do to make them work. I am still learning to navigate this site and trying to find articles and posts on this subject. I am going to replace my injectors and am looking for the same info.

I would put the same flow in all cylinders. Look for a good used AB if you just need one or two. If you are going to mix it up, you'd be better off just doing them all the same.
AD's-AE's will work just fine in your e99. I put them in mine as a temporary upgrade until i can afford stage 2's or 3's.
If you do a RR you dont have to put the AE in. You can put all AD's, but even a RR with an AE is fine.
No tuning is required to run them since they are split shots just like your AB's.
