E99 to L99 Track Bar Conversion

I've done a ton of searching and haven't found the exact information I need. I'll be installing a L99 adj track bar on my E99 f250. I understand that I need to drill out the bracket and axle bolt hole to accept the larger bolts but what bolts and nuts do I need to buy?

I've found the bolts and nuts on some online Ford suppliers but, the way I understand it, the L99 nuts are flanged with a small tab that keeps it from spinning and the E99 nuts are not. Therefore, the nuts won't work. Is this true?

These are the part numbers I have for the L99 track bar bolt and nut.

W706345-S439 -M20 Shoulder Bolt

N811886-S436 -M20x2.5 Flange Nut

Are these what you guys are using? Do they need to be bought from Ford or will Fastenal or somewhere else work?

It's funny you say that.... I finally came to terms with their ridiculous price of $40 for 2 bolts and 2 nuts when I received their shipping quote. They wanted $18 for UPS ground!

I was able to use their site for the OEM part numbers, purchased them for $20, and will cut off the flange tab on the nut to make it work

You don't need a drop bracket for a leveling kit. This will take your drag link out of alignment with your track bar and cause bump steer

You need a longer track bar. This can be done by sleeving and lengthening the stock one or buying a longer adjustable one. Maxx-lift makes an adjustable one for the e99 but most people go with the newer model adjustable. I went with Trevors over at Precision Metal Fabrication. The bracket and frame mount will have to be drilled out with a 3/4" bit to fit the larger bolts but it's an easy mod and stronger than e99 stock
