low mpg and and oil in the valley

so i have a e99 psd im getting about 9mpg and looking to increase that. the truck has a tymer intake and and 4'' turbo back exhaust.
and as for the oil in the valley its all gathering right under the turbo pedestal and spider. its not comong from the HPOP or the turbo. its kinda all over the rear of the passenger head not too sure. and how much oil should i be seeing in the turbo pipes?

thats oil from the ccv, it vents into the intake.

completely normal.

you most likely need new intercooler and manifold boots. they are oil soaked and no longer any good.
you can do the ccv too if you dont want oil in their anymore.
riffraff sells a good boot kit

that could be one of your leaks, i would clean up the motor and start and and check for leaks.

these trucks can leak oil a lot of different places on top of the engine.you can take the intercooler out and mix some water and dawn in their and that willclean it out.
