Is it turning over nice and fast? Could be a dragging starter.
IS the wait to start light coming on with the key?
Does the glow plug relay test good?
Took the filter lid off and checked fuel level and condition?
You can hook a gauge to the fuel filter housing or head and make sure the electric pump is pushing over 50 psi.
Also may want to take the plug out of the HPOP reservoir and make sure it hasn’t been pumped dry by failed starting attempts.
Have you tried putting a spare cam position sensor on it yet?
