Trying to figure out sway bar bushings

OK, I bought an Energy Suspension sway bar bushing set # 4.5192. The end link bushings were correct but the main sway bar bushing won't fit into the factory brackets. It fits the bar ok...it just won't slip into the OEM bar/bushing holders. What gives? I've used a micrometer on the bar and it is 32mm. The other Energy Suspension kits for the later model F350s have the same sway bar bushing in those kits...5763.

I was looking at the universal application here http://www.energysuspensionparts.com...shings.aspones trying to find one that would work and its getting a little crazy. Anybody gone through this madness before? Then when I find something that might work using an energy suspension bracket I read on Summitracing.com that it is not recommended for full size pickups!

Due to where I'm at I can't call anybody...I have to order online...so I'd appreciate any help or advice I can get here before I order again.

Ok, this what I found to work with my factory front sway bar...
For the bar itself...use Energy Suspension 9.5165G
For the link ends I needed the ones from the Energy Suspension kit 4.5192
Yep, I bought a complete set and didn't even use the sway bar bushings that came with it. The new 9.5165G bar bushings come with their own bolt on brackets with zerk fittings for greasing them.

Sure hope it isn't this hard for everyone else to find the right combination.

Well, I got both sets of bushings from Summit; about $15 for the sway bar ones and about $35 for the kit with both the sway bar and the end links. Add some s/h and it came out to around $60.

Could have been cheaper had I known what I know now about which ones I really need. For example, a person could probably find the end link bushings separately on Energy Suspensions website and then look for just those. In other words, buy both the sway bar bushings and the end link bushings separately. I didn't know that the sway bar bushings wouldn't fit until after I got them and went to install them...and where I'm at it was too late to try and return them.

Not sure what comes with the Hellwig bar. I know some of the later build guys say that their factory sway bars are wimpy, but mine are both 1.25"/32mm and they sure don't come much bigger than that. I can't see a reason to switch over to an aftermarket one on my rig...its just that the OEM bushings really needed to be replaced.
