open hood, take off plastic cover between grille and radiator support, take hood latch loose and move it out of way, unbolt the A/C condesor hold downs from the rad. support, take the jack handle holder thing off which is also the brackets that hold the top of the radiator (the rad. will just lean back), take the bolts out of each side of the rad. core support (2 or 3 on each side and both front and back.... 8 or 12 total), unbolts the intercooler from the rear side of the support, be creative and wiggle the rad./core support out, loosen the clamps on the I/C boots and take them off, and now you can work the I/C out.... some people have taken the Degas bottle loose but that didnt help me.... I just moved the A/C condensor lines around until the I/C came out.... just need to be creative....

just lower the 6.0 in there and repeat in reverse!

hope that helps
~Jim

don't forget that you'll need diff. 6.0 ic boots. the 6.0 ic boots will not fit on your boost tubes. the ic inlet and outlet are diff. size than the 7.3 ic. make sure you measure before you buy. the 6.0 ic's came in diff. sizes. i'm pretty sure that you can get them from dieselsite.com..
