best intake, tranny upgrade and programmer for a early 99

I was wondering what is a great programmer for an early 99? Any of them have shift on the fly or gauge display??

This info is for a friend's son's truck that he just got. He want's to do the basics :intake, exhaust, programmer and some type of easy tranny upgrade.

He wants to keep the tranny stock other than maybe a shift kit. What is the max HP tune to keep his tranny healthy?

Any advice is appreciated.

Can you send me a PM for a 4" TBE (409 SS prefered; do you carry Silverline), chip (which tunes), tranny shift kit, and the intake?

Yes a set of gauges with an A-pillar mount (EGT, boost, tranny temp)
