Advice for my future mods

I知 trying to get my future mods in order.
Here is what I知 thinking right now,
1. Get new model engine computer with PMT3 code and get Tony Wildman to custom burn it (does he do that?) ~$150
2. Have my TS chip reburned by Tony ~$150
3. Get a BTS tranny valve body ~$225
4. Put the resistor I already got in the IDM to boost voltage $0
5. Maybe get a Dominator D-66 ~$1350

What do yall think? What order and anything else? Anything I shouldn稚 do?

Jody at DP tuner is the only one that can custom burn PCM's. with custom tunes from Tony or Jody i think you can skip the IDM mod. BTS valve body would be good too

Alabamafrog,
I'm looking at upgrading my PCM as well to the PMT1-3 as well. I agree, skip the IDM mod. How about a regulated return?

Chris

Of course I want as much power as possible but I have to keep it reliable and don稚 want to spend tooo much. I知 thinking somewhere around 400hp. I still need to pull a camper and tractor and other stuff with it plus drive it to work every day. I have a very heavy foot and already have enough power that I知 having a hard time keeping the back tire from smoking. I知 starting worry about the new tranny and drive line.

Froggie, I think you got it nailed down in your OP.

Now, as far as what power can still tow. I tow all the time with my set up. I just came back from a drag race/sled pull event and I pulled my 10K trailer there and back with out any problems. You and ask Marc how the truck towed, he followed me up the mountains with the trailer at 60mph passing who ever I wanted with ease. EGT's never got over 1200* when passing. Trailer scaled at 9988lb two weeks ago on the trailer axles. The truck weighs 10,200lb with the trailer on the truck. Truck weighs 8010lb in race condition.

Mine too, is a daily driver. I dropped both kids off at school today and drove 24miles to work. It is parked right outside my shop. This is normal for me. I think a 475-500 HP truck is very streetable and fun on the weekends.

It will be great if I can build massive power and still keep good reliability. How many ponies do yall reckon I can get out of her without spending too much more? With my current tire roasting power my main problem is now the tranny bangs gears pretty hard when not at full throttle and sometimes feels like it is slipping under full throttle.
I currently have Swamp’s Single Shot 175/146 injectors.

What are your injectors mean. I have never understood swamps numbers. Does it mean a nozzle that will flow 175cc in a stock 140cc injector? Stage 1 or 2?
