early 7.3 sputter/surge

hey everyone im new to the site. ive been checking these forums for qiute some time and finally became a member.

the ? i have is ive been having this problem with my e99 super duty for awhile now.if i drive the truck normal theres no issues. when im wide open and the truck shifts up into the next gear it sputters/miss fires/flutterring untill i back out of the throttle alittle bit then it pulls again untill i lay harder in to the throttle. which it sputter/mis fires like a gasser that needs a tune up. i dont think its a fueling problem because its rolling coal when i do this. its like the turbo cant keep up with the fuel thats being put into the motor. the truck is a f250.192K miles/ stock turbo/adrenilne hpop/afe intake/4" straight pipe from down pipe back. no gauges/dp tuner f5 with change on the fly/and a built trans mission as of 10k ago.the truck has done this before and after the new trans. it seams like the problem gets worse when i go from 1{which is stock} to 3{120 hp} im thinking its a wastegate issue. but i could be wrong. any help will be grateful thanx!
