Can I fit a late 99 track bar on an E99 by just drilling bigger holes?

Like the title says.

E99 F250 lifted 4 inches. Previous owner lifted it and never did anything with the track bar and my axle is obviously off center.
Can I install an adjustable track bar on my truck bar just drilling bigger mounting holes for the track bar?

I believe the E99 size was 17mm and the later trucks were 21mm.

Thanks!

nice, thanks man. That will save me money in the long run.
I'll just drill them out then throw an adjustable bar under it to center the axle then call it done.
