fuel mpg

what would be the best programmer/chip for just daily driving im looking for the best mpg and something that will help the tranny a little i have an early 99 with 180k just bought it amd the mpg is killing me

DP tuner will get you what you want. I was getting 20mpg with a their chip(80economy), intake, exhaust(and gauges of course). That was with a 4" lift on stock tires and a camper shell. Usually around 8800lb when I would scale it. Talk to Jody(owner of DP) about the trans tunes. He can make a trans real happy with his tunes.

FYI, if you get a chip, you need at a minimum 2 gauges(EGT and Trans). That way you can tell if you are hurting anything.
