There is no grease fitting on the wheel bearings and as far as the shifter not sure about that.

There are two adjustments for the shifter. One at the transmission. One under the dash. If your shift lever is sloppy you need to adjust the one under the dash. Over time and use it gets sloppy. I suggest you get a chiltons manual for your truck. It shows you how to do this adjustment.

As for your wheelbearings no they are not greasable. If your seeing grease zerks most likely someone replaced the ball joints with new ones that are greaseable. You can get a pair of wheel bearings from 1A Auto: Aftermarket Auto Parts, Car Parts, Replacement Auto Body Parts, Truck Parts shipped to your door for 359.99 with out abs. Or with abs for 379.99. Those prices are for a pair of wheelbearings.

I could not find the bearings for the early99 on that website either.

Good price thouth, $305 a pair and $160 single, not bad. They have a 2 year warranty, not bad.

I converted my front end over to the late99-03. New hubs from Napa (with a lifetime warrant) and power slot rotors(special ordered from Napa) cost me $400+/- per side.

No more being concerned with early99 hubs anymore.

It is for the wheel bearing assembly. The hub is a different part.

But that price is for a pair yes.
