1999 e350 blowing #8 fuse

I have 1999 E-350 won't crank. Keeps blowing #8 fuse....need help please

Does it blow only during cranking, or at other times?

Sorry, I forgot to ask----is the #8 fuse that is blowing in the interior fuse panel or out in the engine compartment fuse box?

Your fuel heater is probably shorted. Isolate and disconnect it and then recheck your symptoms. BTDT.
