7.3 motor swap

. so I'm replacing motor on a 2002 f250 I'm using a 99 7.3 powerstroke
the 99 motor is a automatic the 2002 motor is a manual
I just found out that the flywheel is difference off the crank.
is there anyway to bolt up the zf6 fly wheel to the 99 automatic motor without changing the crankshaft

I really don't feel like pulling ooff both covers and rods

Thanks for any help
