Maybe add interior differences? Like the difference between early 99's Medium Prairie Tan and the late 99's Medium Parchment Tan. Cup slinger vs. cup holder?

ok whats the diffrence between the cup slinger and the cup holder is the cup holder the one that got the two little arms on the side of the cup and the slinger is the one that i got the one that has this little p.o.s pop up that never holds the cups right I put my cup in and the push the holder piece into the dash to hold it tight) and can they be swapped out for a good HOLDER?

now THIS is the section i'll be starting with from now on! after all the nightmares i went thru trying to lift mine, you're my heros!

next idea- when i went to lift mine, i didn't like the idea of mixing a superlift bracket (goes on the axle, retains the factory track bar bracket) so i kept the procomp drop bracket for the frame, and bought the 99.5 bigger track bar ($76?) and bolts. all i had to do was ream out the bracket on the axle a little bit, it bolted right in, and is perfectly parallel with the drag link

You got it. You can go to the dealer or powerstrokeshop.com and get the cup holder for the 2001. It will have the spring loaded arms and actually hold a cup.... Here is a pic:
