early 99 spring ???

Ok. Iam new to the forum. Got a quick question about the early 99. My truckis an early 99 f250 7.3l super duty 2wd With 284,000 mi runns like a top. My question is iv herd something about the suspension being different on the early 99. Is that just the 4x4 models or the 2wd also. I put new rear leafs on that came off an 03 that had 60,000 mi on it. It was tottled in the front end. They bottled rite up. Iam gona replace the front coils on it next week with sdspring from tufcountry an they said there the same coils ttc2815 part # 5000lb any one done this? Any help wood be great thanx
