Somewhere around 380-425 rwhp depending on the type of dyno.

why not get a T4 conversion kit that comes with everything the 99+ kit does. But will also allow you to upgrade chargers.
with your desired setup, you are stuck with that charger

I would say the same thing if he didn't have the stock transmission . . . that is the weakest link on a 7.3L . . . the stock 4R100 or E40D are good and reliable when maintained but when you start producing large amounts of torque they start slipping. Then you add more line pressure w/a valve body to get rid of the slipping and they just come apart.

I also have a E99 that a couple of injectors are out so I went to Swamps and got there 175cc injectors, custom tuned TS chip. The truck has a intake and 5in exhaust. I still have the stock turbo however so im wondering which way I should go with that? Along with a HPOP? Heard the T500 is hard to beat..... Im looking at a fuel system as well.... any preferences?

for a turbo, i'd go with a D66 if you need to. its the only drop in turbo out there for that platform.
the T500 has proven to be a good little hpop for the price, you'd be happy with it. or you can buy a good running stock 17*hpop and be just fine.
for fuel unless your going any bigger, it would be wise to do a regulated return.

its a good turbo up to 450 hp. it can live with more hp, but thats dangerous and usually needs live tuned. for your injectors, you'll be happy with that charger
if you desire to go bigger in the future, then the T4 setup is the way to go. i'm running the s366 now with my 160/100s and its a good combo, adding a billet wheel and larger housing now so it will be stronger when i add 250/80s

I may go bigger in the future but the way it stands id rather be prepared and not spend the money and then have to spend more money IF I did go bigger
