Early 99 sd motor swapping to late 99 van

I have an early 99 sd and need to swap the motor out. I found a late 99 van with a motor that runs and doesn't smoke but needs a new fuel rail. I am just wondering if these motors will swap and if the fuel rail in my truck will swap into the van motor. Thanks for any help.
