throwing lots of codes... please help me out..

Ok I have an E99 with the XLE4 computer with Tony Wildman tunes on a 6 position TS chip. Been running it for a while now with never any problems. I was driving home from work today, and she started running real rough like it was only running on 7 cylinders and got about 1/4 mile before it wouldn't go over 15mph. So pulled into a parking lot trying to figure out what's going on. If I start the truck it runs real rough and shuts off....

I finally got the truck started and it idled good, and drove it home with no more issues.

ok so check this out.... my buddy brought over his SCT tuner to see if i have any codes. this is what we found:

P0237 turbo boost "A" circuit low
P0713 Trans Temp Circuit high open
P1281 ICP Sensor circuit high
P1394 Glow plug circuit high
P0123 Throttle pedal position high input open
P1690 Wastegate solenoid circuit
P0500 Vehicle Speed VSS
P1670 Electronic Feedback signal not detected
P1316 injector driver module not detected
P1212 injector control pressure lower than desired (engine crank or run)
P0236 Turbo boost"A" circuit range performance
P1211 injector control pressure higher/lower than desired (engine running)
P0720 output shaft speed sensor circuit

then we started it after clearing the codes and it runs like crap again.

So what the hell is going on with my truck?????
