Changing my turbo

so been debating on doing a turbo / injectors
i've been looking into a D66 and a van turbo with the van flange..
do i need a non EBP plate to run the van turbo or is it just recommend so its not starving for oil?
I also found a go on Ebay with a wicked wheel installed non ebp pedestal and van flanged turbo for $1,075 after core...

What is the best route

Best turbo..all depends on what Inj's and your usage..IMO 38r for stockers to stage 1's..stage 2's to 250/100's a modded H2e..
