starting question

i have been having a hard start problem since day one that i got the truck. Since it has got colder its been very very hard to start. It acts like its the battery's are dead but has newer battery's 4/11 and cables along with glow plugs. when its a cold start it has a slow slow crank over so i turn key off then back on try again. as i do this it will crank over faster and faster every time i retry. I just got my new GPR and will put it in sunday.

my main thing is it kinda acts like it has to much compression for the starter or battery's to turn over when its cold. i have some videos from the last to days but its in the 40-55 degree range so you cant really see the problem to bad.

plugged in on a 48 degree day.

not plugged in 46 degree night.

not plugged in 53 degree day.

any good input would be nice thanks.
