Rear Blocks

I just bought an E99 (build date 4/98), ext cab, short bed, 4x4, 6 speed, 250 with 195,000 miles. Somebody removed the rear blocks, so now the truck sits lower in the back then front. I've been searching junkyards and can't find any. I checked with local dealer and they want $400. I found a place online but they say for build date 3/99 and up. Will these work if not does anyone have any suggestions. I just want the rear back to stock height then level the front.
