E99 question

Got an e99 F350 automatic 4x4 srw. When going down the interstate on cruise control when going down a hill or if engine lets up the truck starts what i call bucking? If I step back on the gas it quits. And if Im pulling our horse trailer its worse. Any ideas? does not seem to do it if im not on cruise
