Injectors!

I have an early 99 with straight piped exhaust and a programmer.. I want injectors and was looking at these

Swamps 250/100% Single-Shot Injectors 7.3L Powerstroke Diesel

Would it be ok to get these and a tw 6 position tune or would I need more stuff to support these injectors like a fuelnpump or anything... ..

My question is what else would I need to support these injectors or can I just get them and a tune and be ok??

I am planning on getting future mods like a bigger turbo hpop fuel pump regulated fuel return and so on... Do u guys recommend different injectors or will these do the job... Looking for about 450-550 hp In the end
