Hey everyone new here and have new to me 250...

I have been lurking or a few days on my new to me early 99 F250. Truck has a build date of 5/98. I have a wheel bearing going out and got quoted on the early stye. Well I did some research and found out I can run 02 style. I was told by the dealer I need to replace the hub seals as well. Is this true or can I just buy the hub assemblies rotors and pads and call it a day? Thanks everyone for your help.
