got my hands on a 41039 for free, will it work on my e99? i'm not looking for 800 hp, just some better fuel mileage mostly.. if it gives it a little pep , that'll be a bonus.

The programmer will give you more power and around 2+ mpg increase. That part number is old so it could give you a cal not found and it would have to be sent in for an exchange, ofcourse there is a fee for that if it happens.

yes the 41039 will work on the e99. i used the same one.
