Early 99 turbo help please!!
I have a early 99 (4/98). I am wondering what other years turbos will fit my truck if any?? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

No 99.5+ have different pedistals, up pipes, Y-pipe, intakes spyder, and consequently different turbos. If you changed all these parts out then you could put a 99.5+ turbo on it.

Well I got 371,000 miles on it 6 spd. maybe just time to rebuild it again then. Unless I found sweet deal on all those parts.

Beans Diesel sells turbo rebuild kit for like $150 I think.

I believe so. If it didn't work on e99's then I'm sure it would denote that. I'd probaly give Beans a call before I ordered tho

If you wanted a aftermarket turbo there is a couple ways you could go. If you wanted direct drop in theres the d66. or you could get a h2e or you could upgrade to the 99.5 and up turbo.

Was the d66 used on other years? If so what years? I did some googlin and seen 94-97 but not for sure. Thanks for all the help guys!

We have D66's for 95-03's 7.3's..also complete H2e and modded h2e kits with Bellowed up pipes!
