Many people make them. You can even go to a good parts store that makes hydraulic hose and have them make you one, but make sure it'll take at least 4,000 psi. Here is one of the places that sell them premade.
You have the 110v idm in your truck, you can change it to a 140v yourself (if you're good with tiny electronics) or get one from beans or something (100 + 400 core charge) the 140v is a good deal, never heard of it causing problems when done properly.
Yes you have a wastegate (unless you have a van I think....)
Lots of people make HPXO lines, it doesnt really balance oil pressure so much as it does give the number 8 more pressure after the number 6 fires (or thats the theory anyway)

any change would the place with that part also have a blank pedistol since mine is puking oil out the plunger!!
there was a guy selling the resistors on here, search the for sale section. i bought mine from him. i just dont know where i placed them...
