old ecm questions

Just pulled my ECM to see what model I have. XLE8 F81F-12a650-BK.
Anyone know anything about this one other than that it needs to be updated to a newerone?

Well, I was wondering things like the differences between it and an xle4, things like that. ie PMT2 has more clutch pressure than PMT1 (just an example, I forget right off hand if that's the way it is but you get the idea.)
