Plenum Removal Help!

I'm in the process of changing my early 99 turbo over to a Garrett 38R, I already got the old turbo, spyder, downpipe, up-pipes, pedistal, and driver side intake plenum off the truck but I am having problems getting the last bolt on the passenger side intake plenum off. It is the bolt closest to the HPOP all the way on the end. The head of the bolt is hitting the piece of metal the oil reservoir is mounted on, which looks like it is part of the engine block or at least very hard to remove. I was wondering if anyone else had any suggestions that I can try so that I can get these intake plenums switched out.

Thanks

Matt
