Aih and GPR??

Alright well seeing as i have a E99 do we not have an AIH relay? From photos ive seen off of other 7.3's there Aih is right becide the GPR. whats the downfall if any of not having one?

Also i just wanted to throw this question on the side.. with all of my wisdom my GPR went out and i was in a massive hurry. I went to napa and seeing as they were out of GPR i bought a napa starter for 11-12$ to substitute for it it had done fine until now as the weather starts to get cold somedays after school i sit in my truck cranking it for 20 minutes. Is this the reason? I dont believe the starter can handle 200 amps or so will possibly a stanco or actual ford GPR from napa make it crank over a ton easier?

94-99 Powerstrokes didn't have a AIH. 99.5-03 is when it showed up. Your not missing anything unless your in a cold area and idling the truck with a neighbor complaining about white smoke.

As for your choice in relay, stick a multimeter on it and see if it is working and if there is a significant voltage loss.
