buzz test

hey guys, how do i do a buzz test on my truck. Do I need any special tools? I am trying to figure out why my truck feels so weak, I have a PHP chip and it just doesn't feel like it has the power it should. Any other ideas to check. It has 183000 miles and fresh tq converter in tranny. the chip has a 60tow, 80eco, and 100perf. tune on it. It seems to run fine just feels weaker than I think it should. No other problems to report with it.

You do need a scan tool that is capable of running a buzz test. I have an auto enginuity and that will run a buzz test.
