E99 turbo ??

I just bought a E99 CCSB 4x4 auto with 154,000 miles, got it for $9,000 so I think I got a decent deal. my question is a good friend who drives and 02 7.3just blew his motor not sure what happened but there is a lot of smoke and air pressure coming from the oil fill tube, he is going to rebuild it and buy a new turbo and will sell me his if it will fit my E99 7.3 he has a banks quick turbo housing and the banks wastegate will this fit my motor?
