Superlift is confusing me

so i have an early 99 that was made in 03/98 and i want to put a 6 inch lift on them i have found a good deal on one from jeffs bronco graveyard and it says for trucks manufactured after 3/1/99 with square ubolts. my question is that my truck has square front ubolts so why would this lift kit not work.

It it has square U bolts its correct.
