new clockspring did what?

Hi All,
First and foremost, this is my first post and my first diesel! I got a 99 F-250 used and noticed that the horn didnt work and the airbag light was on. The first thing I thought of was the clockspring. So 80 bucks and a half hour later I have a new clockspring in my truck, however the horn still dosent work the airbag light is still on AND now my cruise will not work?? If I push the OFF button for the cruise, my dash light go out and come back on in about 5 seconds? I checked all the fuses and they are good. I have taken it to a shop and he is just as lost as I am. He actually put ANOTHER clockspring in the dang thing and had the exact same result! Im trying to avoid the dealership and their HUGE COST!! I look forward to any and all help you guys are willing to give
