E99 up pipe collector exhaust manifold Y thingy

Is the Y collector the same on the early 99 and the 99.5-03 trucks?
(The cast iron part where the 2 manifold exhaust pipes come together at the turbo)
Reason I ask is one of the bolt holes in mine is jacked up and I need to replace it to fix my exhaust leak.
Anyone got any advice on this?
Is there any affordable aftermarket up-pipe system for the e99?

From my previous experiences talking with a few shops the E99 is different from the 99.5. Not sure if you could swap them. I just did up pipes and went with stock because the IH kit was just shy of double the cost for the E99 compared to the 99.5. Was told that the E99 uses the stock Y pipe and the 99.5 comes with a new one and the 99.5 is almost half the cost. Go figure!! I think the only reason is, they will probably sell 5 times as many 99.5s and above because they're more common.
