4 postion chip suggestions

I got a buddy that has a earliy 99 march of 98 to be excact. Any way he wants to install a 4 postion chip that he can change on the fly. I would say he wants (stock, economy, pull, and hp) anyone have a sugestion. I have looked up TS but don't know anyother brands and if there are any better ones.

Also he bought an air filter for it yesterday and paid $115 dollars because no one seems to carry it. What are you guys using for an air filter for this E99 model?

Okay, I can't find much info at all on php or these DP's I have been reading about that people have in there trucks. I see they say some guy Bill is the one that creates the tunes. How do you get ahold of Bill?? I ran a google search and all I came back with was a bunch of discussions from this formum but nowhere to buy any of it. Any help would be nice. Also is this php or DP the same as a TS with the dial so you can change on the fly?

Bill @ Power Hungry Performance or Jody @ DP-Tuner should be able to help. These are just a few of the people that would be able to help your friend.
