will this work without major issues?
my buddy has a 2001 f 250 and he just took the intake off and said he would give it to me but i have an early 99...how much BS would i have to go through to get it to fit? i havnt looked at it yet but there cant be that huge of a difference

I'm pretty sure the Donaldson/tymar/napa style intake would work on your truck.

For 30-40 bucks you can't beat the flow or filtering abilities

The 2001 filter assembly isn't any better than what you have now. Best intake you can get is a Tymar.
