140hp DP Tune on early 99 7.3L Powerstroke

I know that the 15 degree hpop cant keep up with the 140hp tune from DP tuenr and that is why most early 99 7.3L Powerstroke owners purchase the 120hp tune. I've been given a 17 degree hpop so will I be able to run the 140hp tune from dp tuner even though i have the stock AB injectors?

yes, you should be fine now.but there are good, bad and excellent factory hpops. the only way to tell is to hook up a gauge.instructions can be found on the swamps website that explain the process in detail. i have the adrenaline from dieselsite with my stock rebuilt injectorsand it RUNS on the dp 140 smoke tune .wish i would have bought it sooner. good luck!
