near death experience

i think my oil pump went out. its been leaking slowly and this week it leaked 3 quarts in 3 days. i have steady blue smoke, and it runs rough a little. i put 3 quarts in this morning, it was still up were it should be on the dipstick, but my engine smells like it burning oil and getting hot, all the oil dripping is pretty thick and the change has only 2000 miles on it. the main puddle of oil is under my tranny. if yall have any advice it would be helpful. thanks

Yup sounds like you need to change out the seals on your hpop, they usually start slow and then go at once dumping quarts. Look in the files its a pretty easy fix with quite a few write ups.

yup that'd do it, burning oil like crazy.
and if you have oil down by your starter its most likely coming from the valley which could be orings on the turbo or pedestal. i had a pinched oring and i was pourrrrrrrring oil.
