Lug Nuts Coming Off!

hey guys this is the second time i have had this problem, my lug nuts keep coming loose and disappearing, the first time this happened a stud sheared off 5 others were loose, i am positive that i torqued them down enough and it just seems to happen without any warning, this morning i went outside to smoke a cigarette and i found my passenger rear missing one with two others loose. this is getting dangerous and i dont know what i can do. i have pacer rims on the truck and they are lugcentric. any help would be great.

Had the same thing happen to me while I was pulling a trailer. I snapped 6 lugs clean off, man was that a fun ride.

You did'nt happen to dump a mean girlfriend recently huh ? ?

Hopefully you find the issue before it becomes nasty.

I once canned a GF only to find my car all jacked upa few dyas later... she tore off the windshield wipers, broke the antenna, keyed it up and down, broke a mirror almost off,,,,As my anger kinda subsided, I chuckled a little bit thinking of her and trying to picture her doing this in my mind,,, all was well until I went to unlock the door ( no auto locks),,, the friggin key would not go in the hole,,, on none of the doors... She had used wooden toothpicks and superglued 3-4 together and stuck them in the key holes, then broke them off flush ..... Now THAT pizzed me right off..
