Fuse panel shot?

Question for anyone, I bought a 1999 super duty from my mother after dad passed away, it needs some work. None of the power options are working power windows, locks, mirrors, int. Lights dealership put a temporary fuse bypass so I have operable wndws could the whole fuse panel be junk, if so how big and spendy of a project is this thanks in advance.

Start by making sure all the fuzes are good in the engine compartment. Then verify there is power to the fuze panel under the dash. Then use the manual to verify the fuse and the device to see if there is power to the device after you verify the fuze is good.
