Instrument Cluster is pissing me off

so i just replaced my brake caliper because it siezed up and now on the way home from work i turned on my headlights and my instrument cluster and gauges didnt light up, but my headlights worked fine. it doesnt affect driving the truck really but its annoying. so i went home and started working checking all of the fuses and the only one that is blown is the number 8 fuse in the engine compartment, i took out my horn fuse and replaced the blown one and blew this one immediately. i am stumped and mad. this thing breaks so much that i want to hurt it in a bad way.
