how about NONE... lol just kidding... um if i absolutely had to buy a out of the box chip it would have to be a TS... and only cause i could have it re burnt later with custom tunes

save your money and do it right the first time and get a custom tuned chip like a TW, PHP, or DP

Id say the best out of the box generic tuned chip is probably banks. Just my opinion.
