TW chip and early PCM
i was wondering if it was worth it to buy a TW chip for my early 99 or if i should i upgrade to a pmt2 pcm before buying a chip

Later PCM is much better and only way to get the best tunes.

where can you buy a later pcm? price estimate? I have a bullydog triple dog, but after reading everything and litterally everyone bashing the tuner, i think its safe to say im gonna get rid of it.
