Bad PCM?
Hi All,
Trying to figure out if a bad PCM will still allow my truck to run but at like 50% power and cause the glow plug system to no longer function. Wait to start light comes on but I need to have the heater plugged in for it to start up; it is still slow to start with this. Once running, the truck runs but it's like it is not getting enough fuel. Had a post in the engine trouble section but just saw the early 99 section and thought I'd try here too. Truck is a 6spd. Thanks!
Also, if someone in San Diego has a spare PCM I could try out, I'd be happy to come to you and buy lunch for your help.
